Whether inside our elegant dining rooms or under the pergola in the garden, our cuisine combines tradition and innovation in an authentic journey through the flavors of the Langhe
In our Restaurant, every dish is a tribute to our land, a journey through its authentic flavors with specialties that celebrate the tradition of Piedmont with a touch of gourmet refinement.
Classic recipes from the Langhe, such as vitello tonnato, tajarin with fresh eggs from our hens, and tartare beef, are accompanied by more creative dishes, always tied to the seasonal availability of the generous and rich land of the Langhe.
The ingredients are carefully selected, fresh, and genuine. The vegetables, fruits, and aromatic herbs we use are lovingly and passionately grown in our gardens, while the prized truffles and mushrooms that garnish our dishes come from the nearby woods.
Note: The Restaurant is closed all day on Wednesday and Thursday
